A little about The Derby Arms

This stylish pub, bar, and restaurant lies on the chalk down-land, in the valley of the Epsom Downs, opposite the world famous Epsom Downs Racecourse.

Set amongst rolling countryside, The Derby Arms brings together elements of traditional décor with a distinctly stylish, modern twist, to create the ultimate social setting.

Inside you’ll find an expansive menu that incorporates a superb selection of mains, classic pub food, starters, sharing platters and devilish desserts that are sure to impress even the toughest of food critics.

From hearty mains through to tantalising starters and delicious desserts our menu is perfectly equipped to accommodate a variety of tastes and appetites.

Private dining is also available at The Derby Arms. So, whether you’re hosting a celebratory dinner, a breakfast with clients, or a unique social gathering with cocktails and delicious nibbles, we can accommodate all of your needs.

We’re also child friendly and there’s plenty of car parking available on site.

Situated just a stone’s throw from the world famous Epson Down’s Racecourse, The Derby Arms is extremely well connected and easily accessible.

The nearest train station to The Derby Arms is Tattenham Corner, which is just a short, four minute drive away. Epsom Station is also close by, and is connected by both South West Trains and Southern Trains from London Waterloo and London Victoria.

If you’re travelling by road, Epsom is located on the B290 Epsom Downs Road, or alternatively, just off junction 9 of the M25.

And, if you’re travelling from further afield, Heathrow Airport is approximately 27 miles from The Derby Arms, whilst Gatwick is around 18.5 miles away.

Located opposite the world famous Epson Down’s Racecourse, The Derby Arms offers the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal after a long, hard day spent racing, or perhaps just to enjoy a refreshing drink whilst you soak up the vibrant atmosphere of race day.

But there’s so much more to this area than the race track. The Epsom Playhouse regularly hosts fantastic productions from across the area and beyond – make sure you pop in to The Derby Arms for a pre-performance drink!

Chessington World of Adventures, the glorious Polesden Lacey, the family-friendly Hobbledown, and Hampton Court Palace are also close by.
